Local man arrested for drug possession

A local man was arrested by the Kilkis Security Department for drug possession.

During a search of his residence, quantities of cocaine and cannabis were found.

The coordinated actions of the officers of the Kilkis Security Department resulted in the arrest of a local man for possession of narcotic substances.

Specifically, yesterday (March 29, 2022) at noon, the aforementioned man was located in an area of Thessaloniki, and during a search conducted at his residence, the following were found and seized:

• 3 packages of cannabis, with a total weight of 895 grams

• 1 package of cocaine, weighing 20.1 grams

• 1 blank-firing pistol with a magazine

• 2 precision electronic scales

The arrested man, along with the case file formed against him, will be brought before the Thessaloniki Public Prosecutor.
